E - Learning - Web and Phone Base

Face-to-face may be best... sometimes it is impractical.

For many "training" needs, e-learning is an excellent vehicle.

For most high level corporate advancement needs e-learning is a second tier solution BUT sometimes a necessary tool because:

•  Rapid change is required
•  Travel cost will stall or kill an initiative
•  Rightsizing has left very little flexibility in people's time
•  Certain individuals would have to miss a program if several days away were required

The use of e-learning or remote site participation requires special facilitation skills so that the remote participant gets a high level of value from the experience.

The TAC team are seasoned veterans at remote participation and facilitation.

We prefer face-to-face, doesn't everyone, BUT it is not always realistic.
