Doug is our marketing and sales specialist. 

Doug is a business development practitioner who takes a strategic approach to all client initiatives.  He looks for clear ROI for the client before beginning any initiative.  He believes that if direction is clear, decisions are easy.

When it comes to working on marketing and sales related issues he believes that we must TOOL - TRAIN - TRUST our people. 

Doug also heads the PROFILING practice and SURVEY practice of the business.  The profiling practice involves creating job profiles and benchmarks and then seeking candidates who fit the needs of the position.

David Jenkins

…has over 30 years of management, training and consulting experience in organizational effectiveness. His focus is on helping organizations use systems thinking to improve their quality, productivity and process effectiveness.

 David consults and provides training on business process management, ISO management systems and performance measurement focused on delivering superior organizational results.  David also delivers internet workshops on systems thinking for the BetterMangement.com website.

 David’s approach is to help his clients think about their business in new ways to improve their personal performance in support of their organization’s strategic goals.
